We have studied and assembled countless Executive Job Share teams. To maximize success, we take each of
our teams through an intense matchmaking process. By participating in the matchmaking process, potential job share candidates can gain a
better understanding of themselves and each other, which can lay a strong foundation of support for the team. It can also
help assure the employer the team is truly prepared for, and committed to, joint leadership. The process begins with an interview with each candidate -either in person or by phone.
Candidates must also complete our online questionnaire, which includes assessments of personality traits, communication styles, and conflict modes. Career Partners then facilitates a half-day working session.
There they develop a decision-making framework, iron out logistics, create a problem-solving approach, and develop shared goals for the role.
Ongoing phone coaching will be available at an additional fee, should the team wish to use the information gained for further professional development.
