How much does it cost?
We provide packages for emerging executives through senior executive roles and all are competitive with traditional recruiting and on-boarding programs. But unlike traditional executive search or coaching firms, our service coverage extends well beyond placement or problem resolution to support the entire career-span of the employees. We also require candidates to invest in their own individual leadership development throughout their tenure as joint-leaders.
